Volunteer Application
Our volunteer program offers opportunities for volunteers
to make a positive impact on the lives of others while
heightening their awareness of community issues and needs.
To be accepted as a volunteer, candidates are asked to
download and complete the Volunteer Application below
. Confidentiality and safety for our residents are of
our uptmost concern for a healthy recovery. Volunteers
must sign a Confidentiality Agreement, Volunteer Agreement
and Background Investigations Consent and Release form
for a background check to be done.

Please mail back the completed and signed forms.
After background and reference checks are completed, you
will be contacted about placement and meet with a staff
person responsible for the program in which you will be
serving.
